OEM means we manufacture from your approved design and specification. ODM starts from an existing platform that can be adapted with your dial, finish, strap and packaging. Private label is the fastest route, adding your branding to a proven watch structure.

Yes. Your logo can be printed, applied or engraved on the dial, caseback, crown, clasp and packaging, depending on the design and manufacturing process.

We support both. You can send a finished drawing for OEM production, or share a concept, reference and target budget so our team can help develop the watch with you.

Pricing depends on the movement, case and strap materials, finishing, order quantity and packaging. Share the target specification and quantity with us and we will prepare a clear, project-specific quotation.

For fully customized projects, the typical starting MOQ is 300 pieces per model and color. Selected ready-to-customize structures may support mixed-color plans from around 100 pieces per color, subject to the model and component availability.

Often yes. The workable mix depends on the movement, case construction, dial process and strap choice. Mixed colors or finishes may carry a slightly higher unit cost than one standardized configuration.

In-stock items can normally be prepared within about 3 working days after details are confirmed. Customized orders below 3,000 pieces typically take around 25–40 days after sample and specification approval. Larger programs are scheduled according to the production plan.

Every finished watch receives visual and functional inspection. Water-resistance, timing and other performance tests are carried out according to the approved specification and the requirements of each production batch.

Yes. Customer drawings, specifications and commercial information are handled as confidential project materials. An NDA can also be arranged when required.

We provide a 12-month movement warranty from delivery for confirmed manufacturing defects. Cosmetic wear, impact damage, misuse and damage outside the approved product specification are not covered.

Please contact us promptly with the order details and clear photos or video. Once the issue is confirmed, our team will arrange the appropriate replacement, repair support or account credit according to the case.

For models we manufacture, commonly required parts such as hands, crowns, crystals, gaskets and straps can be planned with the order or supplied later when stock and tooling are available.

Yes. We work with international courier, air and sea-freight options. Shipping method, duties, insurance and Incoterms are confirmed separately for each destination and order.

We can prepare normal commercial export documents and coordinate project-specific testing or documentation when required. Final compliance scope is confirmed against the product specification and destination market.
